The World Language Process proposal for use of the ACCESS System for the 2008 Olympics in China was accepted at the Humanistic Olympics Forum in Beijing in June 2004.

		The ACCESS System was initially developed under Canadian Federal Government Innovations Program of Employment and Immigration Innovation's Contract File No. 1223IQl.

		It is not possible, using the old traditional methods of English teaching, to teach the number of people that need to be taught to speak English in China before the Olympics.

		However, there is new technology that does make possible the teaching of millions in less than 30 days each. These slides describe that system - called the ACCESS System.
